Low Fat, Fat-Free, Low in Saturated Fat, Low Cholesterol, Cholesterol-Free, Trans-fat Free, Low Carb, Sugar-Free, Very low in sodium, Low Sodium


1 cup ham
diced bits (include juice, will be gelled from storage in refigerator)
7 each jalapeño pepper
fresh or frozen
1 ounces pinto beans
2-8 ounces cans, reserved liquid from one can
1 teaspoon monosodium glutamate
1 tablespoon onion, dried flakes
1 teaspoon chili powder
Mexican style
