Creamy and rich avocado, citrus lime juice, and refreshing cilantro make this delicious and nutritious avocado dip. Dip it with homemade tortilla chips, use it as the filling when you make burritos. Yum!

Ingredients

2 each avocados
hass, or 1 large one, peeled and cubed
½ each lime juice

¼ cup cilantro
freshly chopped
½ each jalapeño pepper
seeded, and finely chopped

1 clove garlic
small clove, freshly minced
salt and black pepper
to taste

Directions

In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients, mash with the back of a fork until reach desired consistency.

Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Serve or keep refrigerated until ready to use.

Also made this avocado dip (guacamole) as well. It was so creamy, refreshing, and tasted delicious. With the homemade refried black beans, made a few recipes, besides multiple-layer dips, also made a few taco salads, and they all came out very tasty.

Very easy to make, and packed with goodness. It can be kept in the refrigerator for a dew days as long as there is enough lime juice in it.
