Directions

In medium sauce pan add first four ingredients & sauté for 5 minutes.

Add beef & cook until beef is no longer pink. Drain & put back in pan.

Add tomatoes. Bring to slight boil & then add beans & sauce.

Add tomato juice if needed.

Heat gently to slight boil & add bacon. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

Instead of bacon, you can use wiener's or sausage. Whatever you have on hand.

Serve over hash browns, noodles or pasta.

I like to serve it over spaghetti squash baked with butter & brown sugar. That is a treat.
