Imitation crab salad just like the deli case: flaked surimi tossed with celery, a light mayo and sour cream dressing, Old Bay, and celery seed. A cool, creamy seafood salad for sandwiches, crackers, or a bed of greens.
Excellent bread. Nice, light texture and good crust. I will add more caraway next time, though, as we really like that flavor. I doubled the recipe to make a large loaf, and it worked fine. Easy kimchi skips the long fermentation: salt napa cabbage, toss with a garlicky gochugaru paste, scallions, sesame, and grated pear, then marinate just an hour. A fresh, spicy Korean side ready the same day.
