Ingredients

½ cup milk
room temperature
1 cup bananas
ripe, mashed
2 large eggs
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup sugar substitute
Truvia baking blend OR 3/4 cup sugar

½ cup olive oil
OR vegetable oil
2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ cup ground flax seed

Directions

Starting with the wet ingredients add everything to your bread machine pan.

Select the cake setting.

Half way through mixing scrape down the sides of the pan using a rubber spatula.

Remove for bread machine when done.

Enjoy!
