This delicious Indian stew is made with chickpeas, lentils, pastas and the herb mixture, it's tasty, flavorful and filling. A bowl of stew has almost all the nutritions and flavors you need.
I wouldn't think of making roast beef, pot roast, beef stew, or osso buco without thyme. I also use it on steaks and chops as in the below recipe for lamb, which in my opinion, has the best affinity for thyme.
Serve with Carrot Slaw and Pine Nut and Orange Wild Rice Salad for a lunch meal.
This is a very healthy salad, different kinds of vegetables, we always cook this simple and tasty salad.
