Ingredients

1 each shallots
minced

1 each scallions, spring or green onions
minced
1 each garlic cloves
minced
3 each chives
minced

1 each thyme sprigs
minced

1 each parsley sprigs
minced
*
1 each scotch bonnet chile peppers
seeded, chopped
*
2 each sweet bell peppers
1 ¾ cups olive oil, extra-virgin

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and pour them into a bottle.

Stopper the bottle and allow it to stand in a dark place for a week.

Use sparingly.
