Corn jack/70 recipes

When I was little my mom and dad had lots of parties especially at the holidays. With upwards of 70 people the easiest thing to serve was punch. This is Mom's concoction. The guys love it too. See Dreamsicle Punch too.

Take the pot to the table. Take the chicken out and carve; serve with the vegetables and stock from the pot.

This recipe is a pleasant compromise between a salmon loaf and a spinach souffle. It does not have a strong flavor or texture of spinach, as do some cooked spinach dishes.
