Chinese/10 recipes

Here are a couple of recipes for almond pudding. There are lots of variations of this dish some using dairy products, some using gelatin and some using agar agar and some combining them. It IS good! This first one is more "from scratch". The second uses almond extract.

So easy salad, I made it about 10 mins, very fresh, good to keep fit too.

A delicious pie made with vanilla ice cream, candy corn and black licorice. Perfect for the kids to enjoy before going off on their hunt for candy!

This stir fry is made with lean pork, variety of vegetables, and Chinese seasonings. It' quick, easy and very tasty, serve it over a bed of rie, a great busy weeknight meal.
