Parsnip chutney recipes

A tradition in my household. Every year we make a batch of this chutney.

Chutney

Simply roasting some winter vegetables with all kinds of herbs and olive oil is a great side dish in the Thanksgiving menu.

Easy to make, good taste!

Great simple recipe, I added some leeks which I threw in with the parsnips when they had about 10 minutes left to boil. Really came out great.

Easy to pack and perfect as crudités for that favorite dip, the crunchy texture and sweet taste of carrots is popular among both adults and children. Although they are shipped around the country from California throughout the year, locally grown carrots are in season in the summer and fall when they are the freshest and most flavorful.

Like sheppards pie without meat!
