Refreshing Avocado and Grapefruit Salad recipe

A great Autumn favorite, with a bit of added "zing". NOTE: May be covered loosely with plastic wrap and done in microwave (on high about 6 minutes) and then remove plastic wrap and put apples under preheated broiler for about 2 minutes.

Well, this is NOT non-fat, but is low fat. It's kind of a Schezuan sauce I guess, of my own invention. If I could figure out how to avoid using the oil it would be non-fat.

Cream cheese ball prefect for crackers or anytime you have guests coming.
