Really enjoyed this bread. I did double the amount of sun-dried tomatoes and cheese, and I loved it. I ate half of it directly without anything else, it was that good!

Moist, tasty and light. A perfectly delicious cake to finish up the meal without feeling guilty.

A nice change from my usual meatloaf. Wild rice was a great addition, and the meatloaf was moist and very tasty thanks for the cheddar cheese. Will be making this again.
