Vegetable Gumbo recipe

This is really easy and quick to prepare. Only used one skillet. I added asparagus while sauteing the onions. This was delicious.

Easy to make, and goes great with tzaziki, some onions, and pita.

I love this taco salad, absolutely delicious.
