Just had this chilli for supper, and it was so soul-warming and very flavourful. I like the idea of using a mixture of beef and pork, which gives the chili more depth on flavour. Never tried to add beer before, but I also like that too. I can see that I will be making this green chili a lot from now on.

This tantalizing pesto sauce full of flavor is perfect for soups or with pasta to make a main dish.

A little of this spicy mixture goes a long way! Makes enough marinade for 1 1/2 pounds tuna, pork tenderloin and sirloin steak.

I normally don't like gorgonzola, but somehow this recipe worked, and I loved the flavour of it! So if you are big on blue cheese, I do think this recipe should be on your to-make list.

I made this with the shortbread crust recipe and it was fabulous! Will make again many times... everyone loved it!
