Bisquick appetizers/4 recipes

One of my variations of the Bisquick "Impossible Pie" type recipe. Quick and easy...great for breakfast, brunch or a light lunch.

An easy tasty main. Chicken breasts baked in a creamy poblano sauce topped with melted Monterrey jack cheese.
