Wonderful recipe! I have never made a cheesecake before and was going to enter a cheesecake contest at work. Found this recipe and decided to try it. I won 2nd place out of 16 cheesecakes!!!

This dish is good on its own or served with chips. It can also be used as a filling for a shouthwestern wrap. It is very color full and full of flavor. Great dish to bring to a party!

Tofu is tossed with a mixture of honey, soy sauce and sesame oil, then baked in the oven, which develops delicious flavor and great texture. Mix together these yummy baked tofu cubes with cooked quinoa, carrots, and Asian seasonings. A flavorful dish that can be served as a side dish or a simply tasty main dish.
