Sirloin beef strips and carrots in a creamy wine sauce.

A convoluted version of Muffaletta salad inspired the the New Orleans sandwich of the same name. Based on a recipe by that Guy on Food Network; a dressed up pasta salad that's packed with loads of punchy flavors and textures then served in Bibb lettuce cups.

It is a very nice meat pie, easy to make, and just half an hour, you can taste a good meat pie.

A little of this spicy mixture goes a long way! Makes enough marinade for 1 1/2 pounds tuna, pork tenderloin and sirloin steak.

Slight sweet with fresh clean flavor from lemon zest and a bit of kick from ground ginger. Perfect for spreading onto zucchini bread.
