Grandma's Best Plum Pudding recipe

Eating these butterscotch quickies while I'm tying. Found this recipe because I had all these ingredients on hand. They were addictively delicious, and I just couldn't stop reaching for them. A quick snack! Next time I will add half chocolate chips. Yum.

Kalyan made this for us while visiting for Christmas. He called it "paravannam."

My husband and I have made this recipe at Christmas, and in the summer for years. It is very light and delicious and always a big hit. It is time consuming to make, but well worth the work.

So very rich, so very wonderful. The candied cherries and raisins are sure to make you hungry for more.
