Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
ground
*
2 ½ cups noodles
broad, cooked
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup apple juice
unsweetened
½ cup raisins, seedless
dark or golden
¼ cup walnuts
or pecans

Directions

Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy.

Add the remaining ingredients, except the nuts.

Pour into a well-oiled 2-quart casserole dish or an 8-inch baking pan.

Sprinkle on the nuts.

Bake in a 350℉ (180℃) F oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until browned.
