No one said you couldn't make steak in a crockpot, so enjoy this fantastic dish that will feed your hunger!

Before you cook the chicken it has to be marinated. The orig inal way that the Colonel used to produce his chicken was to marinate it. The following marinade recipe is still used today at KFC for the Crispy Strips which are marinated daily in 40 to 80 lbs at a time, however the amount of this marinade is only good for about 15 lbs of chicken.

A simple marinade that can be used on steak, pot roasts or even burgers.

An old Welsh steamed carrot pudding -- This is a good steamed pudding, despite the list of ingredients that are "good for you". The sauce (following the recipe) is not a necessity for good taste, only for authenticity, although I LIKE it with the sauce.
