A simple and delicious crockpot recipe that makes a tasty stuffing from chopped celery, canned mushrooms and cream of mushroom soup.

Simply roasting some winter vegetables with all kinds of herbs and olive oil is a great side dish in the Thanksgiving menu.

This is actually my pumpkin pie filling, but I prefer it without the pastry and it is better for me. No great amount of fat in this one.
