Nice warm spiced cider with citrus fruit. One sip and my belly warmed up so much I had to go turn the heat down!

Made with mostly whole wheat flour and applesauce, not loaded with sugar, so it's much healthier than your regular coffee cake, that's why it's also a great breakfast to start off your day.

A very moist and yummy pancake. Didn't have chunky applesauce, so I used smooth applesauce and one chopped apple, which was delicious. I dusted the top with a bit icing sugar, drizzled some maple syrup over each slice, and it was delicious.

These muffins are like the name, they are loaded with fresh fruits, high fibre cereals and whole wheat flour, also they are so moist and tasty. Great for breakfast, brunch or a snack in the afternoon.

Pretty darn easy and tasty. I had all ingredients on hand and didn't have to worry about a trip to the store. I didn't use any cayenne because we have small children, but it still came out great. The sauce was tasty over rice!
