As I do not own a bread machine, I adapted this recipe to make in my KitchenAid stand mixer using the dough hook. I kept the igredients basically the same, with the exception of adding 1 1/2 Tbs. honey. I baked it in a 9" x 5" loaf pan.
These pumpkin spice bagels look great too. I really love the color of these bagels, pumpkin puree gives these bagels rich golden color, which makes the bagel look so yummy. Another great recipe with picture.

The English muffin flavor of the bread was spot on and the texture wasn't too bad as it still had some nooks and crannies. Amazing, considering it was such a flat loaf.
