Curry recipe collection

Really enjoyed the dish, it was packed with flavors. I did add some fresh cilantro in the end, and it was delicious. I also made a cucumber rita (yogurt sauce) to balance the heat a bit.

A simple authentic Indian chicken curry. Adjust the spices to suit your tastes. Serve it with steamed rice or spicy rice puloa (posted separately)

This dish is very, very hot. It may not seem so at first, but the spices have a cumulative effect that builds up over the course of the meal.
