This German-style apple pancake delivers the wow factor. Studded with caramelized apples and puffed up like a pop-over it's a perfect treat for a weekend breakfast.

Made this apple cake a while ago, and finally got the photos uploaded. The cake was moist and delicious. I used half whole wheat flour and half all-purpose flour to make it a bit healthier, reduced sugar to 1 1/2 cups, which was sweet enough for us. Also added 1/2 cup chopped pecans to the apples, and it was a great addition.

Moist, chocolaty, nutty, and delicious. This apple cake is made of fresh apples and apple sauce and frosted by both butter and chocolate frosting.

This Apple-rhubarb recipe with strawberry gelatin is super easy, just dump and bake. Reminiscent of a strawberry-rhubarb pie without the fuss of a crust, more like a rhubarb crisp.

This super moist carrot cake was absolutely delicious and much much lower-fat than a regular carrot cake, thanks to applesauce and yogurt instead of butter and cream cheese. I used whole wheat pastry flour to make it even more nutrition dense. I will be making this low-fat carrot cake again for sure.

This moist, buttery and flavorful applesauce pound cake is always a winner at our place, we make it very often, sometimes after main course, sometimes we just have it as our coffee cake with some coffee or tea. It is a wonderful and delightful cake :)
