This mousse is different from sweet cheese mousse, I do prefer this one!

Throughout the Middle East, bureks are made by folding buttered, cheese-filled phyllo dough into little triangular shapes. Cigarro bureks taste the same but, as the name implies, are rolled into cylindrical shapes resembling small cigars.

This is such a fun recipe. I made an entree Vol Au Vent for a recent garden party with this chicken filling, filled the small puff pastry baskets with it. Not only it looked nice and elegant, it also tasted amazingly delicious. A great pick!

A great side dish for Thanksgiving that will be gone before you can say "pass the turkey".
