Only a few minutes, asparagus came out tender but still crispy, nicely browned mushrooms were great with asparagus, also before I took it out of the pan, I drizzled 1 or 2 tablespoons white wine to get all the brown bits at the bottom. It's hard to resist any kind of cookies, such as these ones. They were buttery and delicious. Cranberries added some delicious sourness and sweetness, which perfectly balanced with the oatmeal cookies. Next time I may add some walnuts or even chocolate chips to give it a new twist.
