Recipes with soy sauce, dark

I have been making this recipe for years, and my family and my friends all absolutely adore it. The beef is so tender, and the sauce is just delicious. We usually have some kimchi and Korean seafood pancakes aside, of course :)

It might seem strange to put pineapple on the grill, but it really brings out the flavor. As the sugar caramelizes on the surface it gives the pineapple a fantastic flavor. These pork chops get all the sweetness from the fruit and turn out great!
