Love Korean food since I was in the university, kimchee is definitely one of my favorites, and any time go to a Korean restaurant, kimchee is one of the side dishes I must order, no question. Finally, the first time I made my own kimchee, and it turned out as good as the ones I had at any restaurant, here the recipe is!
Ground beef chili with kidney beans, a hit of cider vinegar, and a quiet pinch of allspice for warmth. A solid one-pot weeknight chili that fully comes together in an hour.
Broiled tilapia Parmesan: mild fillets broiled fast, then topped with a savory Parmesan, butter, and mayo crust and run back under the broiler until golden. A quick, rich weeknight fish.
We wanted a quick and easy recipe--and this was it. Just as good as any other turkey burger recipe we've tried. I made just 4 big patties, so cooked a few minutes longer than the 3-4 per side it calls for. I kept adding a little more olive oil to the pan to keep them from burning.

Easy and oh so delicious. Any kind of onions work well but for extra sweetness keep an eye out for baby vidalias, top with a quick balsamic glaze to kick it up a notch.
A delicious and light soup that we make all the time. It can be served warm, at room temperature or chilled. So it's perfect all year round. If you like chunkier soup, just simply reserve 1 cup or two soup before putting into the blender.
Nothing says lovin like some spicy Louisiana cooking. I absolutely LOVE making this when I have the time. I'm toning down the amount of creole seasoning that I use, because I tend to be a little heavy handed with it. The amount is an approximate - season to your taste. Fell free to substitute cajun seasoning for the creole. It's all about personal preference. Enjoy!!
Spicy mango chutney simmered with apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, raisins, garlic, ginger, and dried red chiles. A bold sweet-sour Indian condiment for curries, cheese boards, and roasted meats.
Spicy cowboy beans bake pinto beans with smoked ham, green chilies, brown sugar, and chili powder for a smoky-sweet Tex-Mex baked bean side. A long-simmered chuckwagon classic.
Hearty ground beef chili built on tomato juice, two cans of kidney beans, and a generous five tablespoons of chili powder. A weeknight one-pot dinner with serious depth from a long simmer.
Cheesy mashed potato soup transforms leftover mashed potatoes into a creamy, sharp cheddar-spiked bowl with sauteed onion and milk. Ready in 20 minutes, perfect for using up the post-holiday potato stash.
I squeezed a bit lemon juice and grated some fresh lemon zest to give it a zing, which actually worked beautifully. Certainly well satisfied our palate and tummy at the same time. A yummy and healthy way to enjoy a stir-fry pasta.
Savory filling loaded with flavorful mushrooms, onion and spinach stuffed inside crepes and covered with a creamy sauce.
