Yummy Healthy Salad
A yummy salad for a nice hot day.
Ingredients

feta cheese
crumbled (with your fingers) |

mixed salad greens
washed and sliced |

scallions, spring or green onions
finely sliced |

¼ | whole |
sweet red bell peppers
chopped (red bell pepper) |

tomatoes
halved then sliced |

green spanish style olives
from a jar |

avocados
sliced |

4 | tablespoon |
salad dressing, italian, low-fat

Directions
Salad greens: For this I usually buy a mix of lettuce, endive, chard, spinach and rocket, although you could use any type of salad greens :)
Toss the salad greens, spring onions, capsicum and tomatoes.
Place the avocado slices and crumbled feta on top of the salad.
Top with spanish olives and italian dressing.
Enjoy!

This is the kind of salad I like to try, and I will use arugula and make some homemade dressing, it's going to be great, love all the ingredients in this recipe!
