Directions
- core and chop the apples - stir in lemon juice
- add chopped chicken
- add chopped cucumber and onions
- add raisins
- add mayonnaise and stir until all ingredients are well combined
- season to taste with pepper
- top a bed of chopped lettuce with a couple of spoonfuls of chicken mixture
