375.7 ml/g tuna, canned
drained, flaked

237 ml swiss cheese
shredded

118 ml scallions, spring or green onions
sliced

3 large eggs

237 ml mayonnaise

Directions

Pierce pastry thoroughly with fork.

Bake at 375℉ (190℃). for 10 minutes.

In a large bowl, toss next 3 ingredients; spoon into pastry.

In bowl, stir together remaining ingredients.

Slowly pour over tuna mixture.

Bake for 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

I couldn’t find my recipe for this so was glad to find it here. I’ve made it for years. So easy to make, easy on the carbs, and delish. I use almond milk.
