A great chicken casserole with a nice tangy sauce and just the right amount of crunch from the topping. It is one of our family favorites. The kids always ask for it.

SLICES SLICES SWISS CHEESE

TEASPOON ML LEMON JUICE

CUP ML MAYONNAISE
¼ 59
CUP ML COOKING WINE
white *

TABLESPOONS ML BUTTER
(sliced)

CUP ML CROUTONS
grated

CUP ML CROUTONS
whole

Directions

Arrange chicken in shallow greased baking dish .

Cover chicken with cheese.

Mix soup, lemon juice, mayo and white well in bowl.

Pour mixture over chicken and cheese.

Dot with butter slices. (I often use more butter.)

Spring croutons on top.

Bake at 300 for 1½ hours.
