Creamy, crunchy and refreshing. This sweetheart salad is not only good on Valentine's Day, but also a great side dish at any occasions. Apple and beets are tossed with creamy dressing, delicious!

Directions
Combine mayonnaise and sour cream; mix well.
Toss apple with lemon juice.
Add mayonnaise mixture and beets, mix lightly.
Chill. For each serving, place ½ cup salad on lettuce slice.
Surround with 2 half-slices of red pepper, molding the salad o form a heart shape.
