Bring out that green thumb with this delicious salad that contains walnuts and seedless raisins.

Ingredients

1 cup mayonnaise
or sour cream, or mixture of both
¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 pk broccoli florets
fresh

½ cup walnuts
½ cup raisins, seedless
½ cup red onion
* not incl. in nutrient facts

Directions

Combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar to make the dressing and refrigerate overnight before mixing with broccoli.

Combine remaining ingredients and serve with the dressing, cold.

Pecans may be substituted for walnuts.

A great salad. Creamy, refreshing and tasty. The changes I made was that I used whole-fat sour cream instead of mayonnaise, which made my salad super creamy and tangy; I also steamed broccoli for about 2 minutes, which brightened up the color of broccoli. Toasting walnuts, red onions, and raisins together with broccoli made this delicious salad. Definitely will make it again.
