Ingredients

1 medium sweet vidalia onions
1 each eggs
1 medium potatoes
1 x salt and black pepper
to taste

1 ½ pounds shrimp
1 x vegetable oil
for frying

Directions

Grind onions, potatoes and shrimp.

Stir in eggs, salt, and pepper.

Batter must be thick.

Drop by teaspoons into hot oil and fry until brown.
