Directions

In large pot, put 2 cups of white rice, add 1 teaspoon butter, a pinch of salt, and 4 cups water, bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat to simmer, and let cook until rice is dry, approx. 10 to 15 minutes. Do not stir it will become sticky. Take steak, I usually use thin sliced steak, any kind, and cut into very small pieces. In large frying pan put 1 teaspoon butter, minced garlic, beef bouillon, tomato sauce, worcestershire sauce, a pinch of pepper, and steak, cook until brown, approx. 10 to 15 minutes on med heat. I put frozen broccoli florets in a pan with a ½ teaspoon water, 1 teaspoon butter, and some garlic salt, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes on low. Put cooked rice on plate, put steak on top, I make a small dip in the center of the rice, and put steak in it, and broccoli on side. It looks, and tastes great.
