Directions

1 - Prepare all the ingredients. 2 - Sauté chorizo and bacon in the skillet for 2 minutes. 3 - Add garlic and onions with chives, sauté for 2 minutes. Save some chives for garnish. 4 - Add tomatoes, plums, carrot, caraway, and sauté for 1 minute. 5 - Pour in 100 ml of water, simmer 8 to 10 minutes without cover, stir from time to time. 6 - Add cabbage and sprinkle with dill and some salt (ca. 1 tsp), cover and cook for 5 minutes, do not stir. Save some dill for garnish. 7 - Stir everything, cook until cabbage is as you wish. Add salt and pepper. 8 - You may sprinkle with dill and chives when the dish is on the plate. 9 - The best with young potatoes.
