Ingredients

32 ounces chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
drained
½ teaspoon cumin
ground
¼ teaspoon coriander
ground

ground

¼ teaspoon dry mustard

¼ teaspoon turmeric
ground

¼ teaspoon paprika
*
1 tablespoon tahini (sesame paste)
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 medium garlic cloves
crushed

1 x salt
*

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and purée to a smooth paste.

Cover and chill.

Yields 4 cups.
