Directions
Beat egg whites until stiff; add baking powder.
Add sugar slowly then add the vanilla.
Mix this with the cracker crumbs and pecans and pour into a 9 inch greased pie pan.
Bake in a 350℉ (180℃) oven for 30 minutes.
Let cool and top with sweetened whip cream or cool whip.
