Sliced Almond Cookies
Light, fluffy and tasty cookies are great treat to satisfy and impress your guests without feeling guilty.
Preheat the oven to 300℉ (150℃).
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
Whip together the egg white and sugar and then stir in the almonds.
Drop by teaspoonful and top with a chocolate chip.
Bake about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool before removing from sheets.
