Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Grease and flour a 9x13 baking pan.

Mix sugar, oil and honey. Sift together flour, cinnamon, soda, and salt.

Stir dry ingredients into sugar-honey mixture. Mix well.

Beat egg, add milk and mix into other ingredients along with nuts.

Use hands to mix and make sure all of the ingredients are incorporated.

Bake for 17 minutes.

Make glaze: whisk together powdered sugar, water, vanilla, and margarine.

Drizzle glaze over bars while they are still warm.

Cool and cut into 24 squares.
