Directions

Cut bread into ½ inch cubes.

Layer bread cubes, brocolli, and cheese in 12 x 8 greased pan.

Combine eggs, mlk, onion, mustard, and cheese.

Pour over bread and broccoli.

Cover and chill over night.

Sprinkle withpaprika and bake, uncovered @ 325F 55 to 60 minutes.

Decorate with parsley.

Serve hot.
