Directions

If your bread machine beeps or pauses to allow the addition of ingredients; reserve the pepperoni and olives to add at that time for better results, or… you can wing it and add during the 2nd knead.

Place all ingredients in bread pan in order specified by manufacturer, typically wet ingredients followed by dry ingredients ending with the yeast.

Select the white bread cycle.

Makes a 1 lb loaf.

I used the 1 ½ pound size setting, and set to light crust. The loaf was indeed very well hydrated especially after adding the olives that were on the wet side. Turned out addictively delicious with a soft crust. Next time I will use a darker crust setting but otherwise a lovely lusciously soft loaf of bread stuffed with bits of goodness from the olives and pepperoni.
