Quick 'N Easy Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

pasta, elbow macaroni

cheddar cheese
shredded, divided |

ham
diced |

sour cream

cottage cheese

eggs
beaten |

onion relish

Directions
Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain well. Combine 1½ cups cheddar cheese and remaining ingredients in large bowl. Stir in macaroni. Mix well. Turn into greased 9x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 30 minutes or until hot.
Broil lightly, if desired, for a crisp golden brown top.
HINT: Microwave: Don't sprinkle cheese on top. Cover with wax paper. Cook at Medium 10 to 12 minutes, stirring twice. Sprinkle cheese on top. Broil in conventional oven until brown.
