Just a yummy treat if you want something sweet.

Ingredients

CUP ML PEANUT BUTTER
natural *
1 237
CUP ML HONEY *
1 237
CUP ML ROLLED OATS
old fashioned *
1 237
CUP ML APRICOTS, DRIED
chopped *
½ 118
CUP ML ALMONDS
crushed, or slivered *
½ 118
CUP ML WALNUTS
crushed or silvered *
¼ 59
CUP ML FLAX SEEDS
for best nutrients, use a coffee grinder to blend whole seeds into a powder *

Directions

  1. In a large nonstick pot, heat peanut butter and honey on low until runny. Add oats, apricots and nuts. Stir.

  2. Use a 9×9 inch pan with waxed paper. Press mixture into pan. Let it cool and cut into 16 bars.

The recipe sounds delicious, but where are the ingredients and the amount? Could you please share the rest of the recipe? I might give these bars a go!
