Directions
Cut the salt pork in cubes and brown.
Add onion and cook until browned; add the potatoes and water and cook until potatoes are soft.
When potatoes are cooked, stir in the crackers which have been soaked in large, soaked in: 1 c milk, 2 c corn, 1 t salt, 1/4 ts paprika.
Heat thoroughly and serve.
