Directions
Mix cereal, prune juice, applesauce and egg in a bowl, let stand 5 minutes.
Add fruit if desired. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and add to cereal mixture.
Stir just until moistened and spoon into muffin pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350℉ (180℃) F 18 to 20 minutes, or until tested wooden skewer inserted into centre comes out clean.
