Burger/rice meatballs in a tomato sauce. Good served over mashed potatoes. This recipe makes plenty of leftovers.

Ingredients

Meatballs:
3 pounds ground burger
1 cup uncooked rice white rice
1 cup milk
1 fine chopped onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (fresh or dried)
3 eggs
salt and pepper to taste (optional)

Sauce:
2 10 1/2 ounce cans tomato soup
1 cup water

Ingredients

Meatballs:
3 pounds ground burger

Sauce:
2 10 1/2 ounce cans tomato soup
1 cup water

Directions

Mix ingredients in meat balls and form into desired sized balls. Put into a cake pan in a single layer and pour sauce over. Cover with foil and bake at 350℉ (180℃) for 1½ hours.
