Directions
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and stir-fry until both are golden.
Add the rice and the tofu and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce and white pepper. Remove from heat and place in a serving dish surrounded with garnishes.
